Digital Design Engineer
Minimum 5 years experience in digital and microprocessor design. Power PC experience and FPGA design experience highly desirable. The engineer will be responsible for digital designs used in a range of commercial applications involving advanced wireless & satellite communications and precise positioning systems. BSEE/MSEE preferred.

Software Engineer (PC/GUI)
Requires a minimum of 5-7 years of PC/GUI/C++-language programming experience. Experience in wireless communications and/or a solid background in communication theory highly desirable. BSEE/MSEE preferred.

Software Engineer (Communications Protocol)
Senior-level engineer with a minimum of 5 years of solid C/C++-language programming skills. Minimum 5 years experience designing, implementing, and testing real-time embedded application software and designing communications network architecture and protocols. Ideal candidate will have experience implementing communications signal processing algorithms. BSEE/MSEE preferred.

Project Engineer
Project Engineer to work with engineering to define and partition projects, tasks, and work assignments. The candidate will manage project activities for this group and be responsible for schedule, test, quality, and cost performance. This position includes customer, vendor, and operations interaction.

The ideal candidate is a project manager who has a RF system/software background in Satellite and/or Spread Spectrum devices, who can work with engineering to meet customer requirements. The candidate must possess strong verbal and written communication skills and be someone who understands how to work very closely with engineers to meet schedule, quality, and cost milestones. Minimum 5 years experience in leading a project. Degree: 4 years technical/engineering-related degree

Systems Engineer
Minimum 2-5 years experience. Ideal candidate will possess strong communication and control theory background, including communication protocols, all forms of modulation & demodulation, RF propagation and interference rejection techniques. Systems designer with experience in development of electronic receivers and transmitters, digital signal processing elements and control systems. Able to develop system block diagrams and perform simulations of systems design to validate that the design approach meets system concepts and requirements. MSEE/Ph.D. EE preferred.

Marketing Support Engineer
Position in the Marketing & Sales Department for a Marketing Support Engineer. This person will support the marketing department acting as the technical expert on all the company products in dealings with customers. It will require close cooperation with NCT's engineering staff to develop a detailed knowledge of all the current and future company products. 
 
Requires 2-5 years experience with wireless communications products and knowledge of the Global Positioning System (GPS) would be an advantage. Experience performing acceptance/qualification, and/or field-testing of wireless communications or positioning equipment. Requires ability to synthesize information provided by NCT's engineering staff into user-friendly documentation, such as manuals, application notes, etc. Experience in dealing with customers, e.g. making technical presentations, conducting training classes, etc.  Ideal candidate will have excellent presentation skills, and PC-based software knowledge, e.g. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. BSEE degree or equivalent would be an advantage.

IT Analyst (3 Positions) - (location: Atlanta, Georgia)

The open positions will involve the development of systems in Microsoft's COM environment, with components written in Visual Basic and C++. Some experience with Microsoft's Java compiler (J++) is highly desirable. The IT Analysts will work with customers and equipment unit personnel on system requirements and will also work in a team environment to shape our systems architecture. The analysts will design, code, and perform unit test of object-oriented server based code.
